Where pricing hasn't been quoted beforehand for a set piece of work or where fault finding is required, the following hourly rates are likely to apply. One hour minimum is charged to attend then each 15 min interval. Material costs are not included in this price.

Other information
Waste disposal is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise discussed.
Often, the fabric of the building will need to be damaged for work to be carried out. Carpets may need to be lifted or access holes cut in walls/ceilings. Every effort will be made to keep this neat however it is the responsibility of the client to carry out the required decoration work.
Mark-up on supplied materials is 5-25% which covers the cost of shopping around, ordering, stocking items, transportation to site and dealing with warranty returns on the rare occasion that such is needed. You may, if you prefer, choose to source your own materials, however they must meet British or equivalent European standards and be suitable for the job.
